Position Requirements
Academic Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in branding, materials management, and print production.Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of branding principles and print production processes.Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.High level of organization and ability to multitask.Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality control.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Sound financial understanding to manage budgets and related documentation.Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of branding and printing materials from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Oversee storage, organization, and inventory levels of branding materials.Ensure all materials align with company branding guidelines; coordinate updates when required.Manage the distribution of materials to internal departments and external stakeholders.Conduct quality checks and address any defects or inconsistencies in branding materials.Generate regular reports on material usage, costs, and inventory for management.Monitor and manage budgets related to branding and printing, ensuring alignment with company policies.Coordinate both digital and offset printing jobs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.Support accurate tracking and processing of quotations, invoices, and LPOs, including follow-ups on payments.
