Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift transitionsDeliver and uphold service excellence and brand standardsSupervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goalsEnsure all food, beverage, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently metSupport financial targets through effective cost control, inventory, and service qualityCollaborate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for a seamless guest experienceAssist in onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team membersMaintain full compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, including Bahrain licensing lawsRequirements :
Prior management experience in Restaurant or Food & Beverage operationsProven ability to meet financial and service performance targetsKnowledge of Food & Beverage brand standards and best practicesAbility to lead under pressure and in dynamic work environmentsDegree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related fieldStrong passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
