We are looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant Manager, who’ll lead our wonderful marketing department, organize our activities and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
- Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and printed materials
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas
- Analyze company data (using Meta Pixels) to understand our target market and initiate relevant strategy changes and improvements
