Role overview
We're growing fast, in both headcount and users, and we're looking for a Growth Manager to lead our acquisition and revenue growth efforts. As the Growth Manager, you will be expected to build and lead a performance marketing team whose laser-focused on acquiring and converting new customers for Calo’s products, as well as retaining existing ones through CRM efforts.
Main Responsibilities
- Building out a scalable acquisition growth function that is responsible for achieving targets for : sign-ups, activations, paid conversions, revenue, CAC, AOV, and LTV
- Creating and implementing the growth / marketing plan in alignment with overall business objectives, striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing to build a pipeline, as well as quick-wins to achieve targets
- Using data and analytics, creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth, while ensuring brand alignment and consistent messaging throughout
- Managing marketing budget with ongoing performance measurement and optimization to drive sustainable bottom-line growth
- Taking a customer-first approach to all growth efforts, championing user benefit, satisfaction, and trust over growth hacking
- Reporting on growth metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
Ideal Candidate
6+ years of growth marketing experience in B2C products, preferably in a demand generation, performance marketing, or e-commerce roleBackground in software development, or product development is a big plusExcellent verbal, written, and communication skills3+ years building, managing, and leading teamsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsBig plus : Expertise in quantitative analysis and logical reasoning; 3+ years experience using database languages (e.g. SQL or BigQuery) and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) on large data sets to extract trends and insightsStrong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics, web personalization and A / B testing tools, in-app product analytics / adoption tools, ABM software, and more)Hands-on experience conducting customer segmentation, cohort performance, and product funnel analysisSome SEO experience both from content creation and a technical standpointPowered by JazzHR
