Requirements :

You will be an outstanding, passionate and motivated Assistant head and as part of the senior leadership team you will support the delivery of the schools strategic and operational aims. The successful candidate will be outstanding in their current role and be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully lead school initiatives.

In addition you should have :

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous UK and / or IB curriculum experience
• A degree related to the subject you teach
• Previous international experience desirable but not essential
• A solid understanding of the developmental and curricular needs of students in international schools.
• Effective communication skills with the whole school community
• able to demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning
• passionate about raising learners' individual achievements with innovative ideas to build on good practice
