- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner

- Maintain clean and well-set tables throughout service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues gracefully
- Process payments and ensure billing accuracy
- Liaise with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area
- Assist with inventory and restocking tasks
- Represent the hotel’s service standards at all times
