IT Audio Visual Technician

Objective : Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting audiovisual (AV) equipment and systems across classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, event venues throughout the campus, and remote university sites. The role ensures high-quality audio and visual experiences for students, faculty, and guests, supporting the university’s commitment to seamless digital learning and communication.

Key responsibilities :

• Install, operate, and support AV equipment for events, meetings, and lectures across the campus and remote sites.
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain, clean, and perform minor repairs on AV systems.
• Manage AV inventory and ensure equipment readiness.
• Coordinate AV needs with staff and assist with setups.
• Collaborate with the IT team on AV upgrades and projects.
• Deliver basic user training on AV tools.
• Support out-of-hours events and assist with scheduling when needed.
