Ideally 5-7 years' project management experience in Bahrain, in private healthcare construction. Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s construction laws and permitting processes. Expertise in cost management, budgeting, and procurement. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project). Valid Bahrain driver’s license; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Bahrain to oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects for private healthcare facilities. This field-based role requires local travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with local authorities, designers, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
