Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of subject teachers
  • Oversee curriculum planning and assessment within the department
  • Ensure high-quality teaching and learning aligned with the British curriculum
  • Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or subject-specific field (Master’s preferred)
  • Teaching certification (PGCE, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in leading a British curriculum department
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
