Restaurant  Manager

We are looking for a strong, dynamic, and versatile Restaurant manager to strategically lead our outlet,  and team and provide the optimum level of guest experience as promised by Sofitel.

What you will be doing :

  • Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings
  • Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
  • Manage the outlet of the Food & Beverage Department
  • Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as  stocks and ordering
  • Lead, mentored and train team
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained

    • Your experience and skills include :

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience of 2 years is required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance
