Location : Bahrain

Contract Duration : 12–24 months

Joining Date : As soon as the visa is ready

Services Required : Lash extensions

Lash lifts

Tinting (lashes and brows)

Nail services (manicure & pedicure)

Salary & Commission :

Salary : BD 300–450 (final amount to be discussed during the interview)

Performance-based commission starts after the 3-month probation period

Commission structure (target-based) :

Tier 1 : 4%

Tier 2 : 8%

Retail sales : separate target with 5% commission

The more clients you serve and additional services or products you sell, the higher your earnings (typical total earnings : $1,300–$2,300 / month)
