A five-star hotel in Bahrain is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Food and Beverage to lead and manage the full scope of its dining and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
- Lead, develop, and support a diverse F&B team to consistently deliver excellent service
- Drive revenue growth through effective planning, marketing initiatives, and cost control
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior management to improve guest satisfaction and operational outcomes
Requirements :
Minimum of 8 years’ F&B management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a five-star hotelStrong leadership and people management skillsSolid understanding of dining standards, menu planning, and cost controlProven ability to manage budgets and improve profitabilityFluent in English; additional languages will be an advantageRemuneration :
